1928 First delivery of equipment to the cement industry.

1939 Acquisition of the plant premises at Ennigerloh.

1977 Take-over by O&K Orenstein & Koppel AG and
change of name from Gebr. Hischmann to O&K.

1980 Innovation of portable impact crusher plants for the
recycling industry.

1981 Diversification by the acquisition of the product range
"cement plants" of company Bühler-MIAG GmbH,
Braunschweig.

1984 Diversification by the acquisition of the blending bed
technology of company Bühler-MIAG GmbH,
Braunschweig. Innovation of the flow stream
process.

1988 Diversification by the acquisition of a major part of
the product range "processing plants and systems"
of company PHB Weserhütte AG, Bad Oeynhausen,
including vacuum belt filters. Transfer of the blending
bed technology to company PWH, St. Ingbert-Rohrbach.

1989 Diversification after foundation of company
Constructions Mécaniques O&K HAZEMAG, France,
and take-over of the know-how of the former
company Constructions Mécaniques HAZEMAG,
France.

1993 Merger Krupp-Hoesch. Foundation of division Krupp
Fördertechnik GmbH by the corporate merger of
Krupp Industrietechnik, O&K Anlagen und Systeme
as well as PWH Anlagen und Systeme. Transfer of
the cement programme to Krupp Polysius, except
for crushing- and drying plants.

1997 Take-over of the spare parts and service business
of IBAG M+F GmbH, Neustadt

1999 Merger of Krupp-Thyssen. Integration into division
ThyssenKrupp Engineering.

ab 1999 Reorganisation and change of name to
ThyssenKrupp Fördertechnik - BU Processing.
