ThyssenKrupp Fördertechnik has been building heavy-duty
apron feeders for more than 40 years now. Such conveyors
have chains, track rollers and sprockets similar to typical crawler
tractors. They are used as feed and discharge conveyors in
crushing plants to convey coarse and abrasive materials such
as limestone, hard rock, coal, ores and overburden.
Over distances of up to 30 m and widths of up to 3 m, such con-
veyors can carry up to 12,000 t/h. Special designs allow inclines
to be varied from 20 - 25° and allow shifting up to 3,000 mm. Hy-
draulic motors, planetary gearboxes or spur gearboxes can be
installed for either fixed-speed or variable drives. Double drives
are used for especially high drive rates.
Chain conveyors in light-duty design and with capacities up to
4,000 t/h are the choice for less abrasive materials.
Reciprocating plate feeders are used for constant and even
material draw-off from large feed bins and for the feeding of
crushers.
Our extensive vibrating feeder programme caters for capacities
from 50 - 7,000 t/h. For bin draw-off and transport of all types of
bulk materials. |
