The latest generation of circular vibrating screens of multi-deck
design with lengths of 9 to 10 m and widths of up to 2.5 m operate
at an angle of inclination of 15 - 20°. The circular vibratory move-
ment of the screen is produced by two externally fitted out-of-
ballance weights.

The oscillating Turbo model offers the advantage that both speed
and screen throw can be adjusted to suit the task in hand.

A heavy-duty version of this type of machine of heavy vibrating
weight with coil-spring support is also successfully used for
screening bulk materials of fluctuating feed volumes.

Turbo screens are suitable for wet and dry screening. Correspon-
ding spray systems for the individual screen decks, adapted to
requirements, are included in our range of products.

For dry screening dust covers with various sealing systems are
available depending on material and environmental requirements.
